Who is Carl Karamaoun?

Carl holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Economics from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. Early in his career, he worked in international sales and business development within the furniture sector, supporting market expansion across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. He later founded and directed Latin Sparks Festival, growing it into one of Canada’s largest Latin cultural festivals, and served as Director of Technology at Level UP, overseeing the deployment of an eLearning platform delivering business and technology education. Carl is currently President of AIDAPT, where he advises organizations on adopting artificial intelligence and digital tools.

Born in Montreal to parents of Lebanese and Polish origin, Carl spent part of his childhood living in Latin America. From a young age, he traveled extensively for academic and business-related pursuits, developing an international perspective early in his career.
